Refund Policy
At Faerocheap (a division of VGroup Ventures), we strive to make your travel booking experience smooth and hassle-free. However, we understand that sometimes plans change. This Refund Policy explains the terms under which cancellations and refunds are processed.
1. Flight Ticket Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the airline’s policy. Faerocheap acts as an intermediary and follows the rules set by the airline. Some fares may be non-refundable. In such cases, only applicable taxes may be refunded.
2. Cancellation Requests
- All cancellations must be requested through our customer support team or via the “My Bookings” section.
- Cancellation charges (if applicable) are levied by the airline.
- Service charges by Faerocheap may apply in addition to airline penalties.
3. Refund Processing Time
Refunds are initiated once approved by the airline. It may take 7–21 working days for the refund to reflect in your original payment method, depending on the airline and bank processing time.
4. No-show Policy
If a passenger fails to check in on time or does not show up for the flight, the ticket may be considered a no-show. In such cases, refund eligibility depends entirely on the airline’s policy.
5. Force Majeure & Operational Changes
In the event of flight cancellations or rescheduling by the airline due to operational issues, weather conditions, or other unavoidable reasons, refunds or alternate travel options will be provided as per the airline’s policy.
